Cause and effects are realities we cannot wish away. Everything we see in your life, family, career and even our nation today has been a careful, deliberate, though mindless, choice. Choice is an art of creation. It is pathetic to think that things we see currently in our nation have no logical pattern of causes spawning off of multiple effects in every segment of our national enterprise. Indeed, it is idiotic to conclude that there is no hope for us as if our conditions have surpassed the possible limits of redemption.

Thought is energy. Thoughts of corruption in the mind of certain people, leading them to engage every possible means to mortgage our national destiny since 1960 have become so formidable that those of us born at the tail close of the 20th century were effectively mobilised for the complete extinction of our constitutional existence. What we hear is controlling what we think and what we think is controlling how we think and how we think has bound our nation to hopelessness especially because of the various ways we inadvertently sabotage any effort to reclaim our national pride.

It’s your choice! If you think Nigeria has failed, may be it only means you will never see it succeed in your life time but it does not sentence the rest of us to a miserable existence, who believe and are effectively thinking the kind of thoughts that will redeem it, which in turn is creating a new energy that will topple the forces of evil. Change has not come because we mock our prayers for change with our cruel thoughts and hypocritical attitudes in our daily interaction with fellow Nigerians. We prefer to silence our conscience to grab misappropriated resources for our families even if though it is bleeding our nation to penury.

Nigeria will make it because… even if it is only one man that is thinking the right thoughts about it that matches the current prayers for change, there is at least a ‘contrary’ energy that has a chance to question the status quo and demand the repatriation of our lost glory. It’s a choice! We need not beg you to join us; we only wonder how you will feel if you miss your chance to make history and leave a wonderful heritage of heroism for your family. The Land is Green! Can’t you see? Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria! God bless you.
